During the meeting, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Marat Beketayev provided citizens and the media with detailed information about the training of competitive personnel in this field, salary increases, the development of a competitive environment, logistics, automation of forensic expert activities and improvement of legislation, and also answered all the questions received.
\nWithin the framework of the Bolashak program, 55 forensic experts have been trained in the UK, 16 experts continue their training, as well as more than 200 experts have completed advanced training courses abroad and apply their knowledge in their expert practice.
\nThe salary of forensic medical experts has been increased by 45%, the issue of increasing wages by 2.5 times by 2023 is being worked out.
\nA pilot project is being implemented in Kazakhstan to develop a competitive environment in the field of forensic expertise by means of outsourcing.
\nThe material and technical base of the forensic examination bodies has been updated by 70%. A typical building of the Institute of Forensic Examinations is being built in Nur-Sultan. In 2021-2025, it is planned to build buildings for Forensic Examination Institutes in Shymkent, Karaganda, Zhambyl, Kostanay, Pavlodar and East Kazakhstan regions.
\nThe information system “E-Saraptama” has been developed. The launch into commercial operation and its replication is planned this year.
\nCurrently, the Parliament is considering a draft law” On amendments to the legislation on forensic expert activity”, initiated by deputies of the Mazhilis.<\/p>\n
The Ministry will continue to work on further improvement and strengthening of the institute of forensic examination.<\/p>\n
