Round table ” Improving the legislation in the field of forensic expertise»

On May 28, this year, a round table was held on the main provisions of the draft law “On Amendments and Additions to certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of forensic expertise”.

The meeting was held via videoconference. The discussion of topical issues was attended by deputies of the Mazhilis, developers of the draft law, representatives of law enforcement and special agencies, the legal community, universities, NCE “Atameken”, state and private experts.

During the event, it was noted that the adoption of the draft law will create a competitive environment in the market of forensic services, ensure transparency of the activities of private forensic experts, system quality control, and optimize the activities of forensic expertise bodies.
