On the interaction of internal affairs bodies and forensic expert institutions

On August 5, 2021, an online meeting on the interaction of internal affairs bodies and forensic expert institutions was held under the chairmanship of the Head of the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Adilov S. A.. At the meeting, which was attended on behalf of the Center by Deputy Directors of the Center Ismailov I. Zh.and Imambayeva N. E., problematic issues arising during the appointment and conduct of forensic examinations during the pre-trial investigation and ways to solve them were discussed.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached on further joint work for the prompt solution of urgent tasks. Meanwhile, we note that over 85% of incoming examinations are appointed by the internal affairs bodies. So for 6 months of this year, 81043 examinations were carried out in accordance with the resolutions of this body.
