On the certification of forensic experts
In accordance with Article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Forensic Expert Activity”, persons engaged in forensic expert activity on the basis of a license are certified every five years, with the exception of persons engaged in forensic expert activity for more than twenty years.According to the Order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 962 dated November 9, 2021, which approved the lists of persons engaged in forensic expert activity on the basis of a license subject to regular, repeated and extraordinary certification, we inform you that the certification will be conducted remotely from December 6 to December 15, 2021.
In accordance with the Order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2017 No. 336 “On approval of the Rules for certification of forensic experts” of state services “Certification of a forensic expert”, “Certification of forensic medical, forensic psychiatric, forensic narcological experts”, according to which the service recipient applies for services to the Center for Forensic Examinations of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan through the web portal “electronic government” www.egov .kz or www.elicense.kz.Persons subject to regular, repeated and extraordinary attestation must obtain an electronic digital signature (hereinafter referred to as EDS) or update an expired EDS and register on the web portal www.egov.kz or www.elicense.kz and “Order service online”.
At the same time, please note that the documents must be submitted to the “E – licensing” portal.
November 30, 2021, for those who pass the certification on December 6, 2021;
December 2, 2021, for those who pass the certification on December 7, 2021;
December 3, 2021, for those who pass the certification on December 8, 2021;
December 6, 2021, for those who pass the certification on December 9, 2021;
December 7, 2021, for those who pass the certification on December 10, 2021;
December 8, 2021, for those who pass the certification on December 13, 2021;
December 9, 2021, for those who pass the certification on December 14, 2021;
December 10, 2021, for those who pass the certification on December 15, 2021.
