On April 26-27 of this year, a scientific and practical seminar was held with the participation of 25 experts of territorial divisions via video conferencing (online) on the topic: “Complex forensic biological and molecular genetic examinations and possible problems in their production»

The moderator of this seminar was the chief expert on forensic biological research of the ISE in Nur-Sultan Itbaeva Zhanar Zhaksylykovna.

The seminar covered the problematic and topical issues that arise in the production of forensic biological and molecular genetic expertise, errors made in the production of expertise, as well as the scientific and methodological foundations of the research.

The experts presented reports that reflected the current and problematic issues of this type of research. The exchange of experience and discussion were an important part of the workshop.

As a result of the seminar, it was decided that forensic biological and molecular genetic expertise is the most important form of scientific research, and it is extremely important to obtain information about new types of forensic biological and molecular genetic expertise, in the form of training and creating demonstration catalogs.
