Webinar on “Using the court” of the Astana International Financial Center and the International Arbitration Center for dispute resolution

On June 1, 2021, a webinar was held on the topic “Using the court of the Astana International Financial Center and the International Arbitration Center for Dispute Resolution” (AIFC and IAC).

The webinar was attended by the Department of Organization of Expert Activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Center for Forensic Examinations, as well as the Republican Chamber of Forensic Experts.

During the webinar, the work of the MFC Court and the IAC was presented.

The parties discussed the possibilities of cooperation of the expert community of Kazakhstan with the MATZAH Court and MATZAH also agreed to study the peculiarities of the work of both structures and to find ways of interaction.
