In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 63 of the Administrative Procedural and Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the APPC RK), the appeal is submitted both orally and in writing. An appeal submitted orally is recorded in the protocol by an employee of the administrative body. In an appeal submitted in writing or in the form of an electronic document, the following are indicated:

Full name, IIN, address, phone number of the applicant or legal entity;

the essence and date of submission of the appeal.

the signature of the applicant or his applicant is mandatory.

After submission, the appeal is subject to mandatory acceptance, registration, accounting and the applicant is issued a coupon containing a unique number indicating the date and time, the full name of the person who accepted the appeal.

Refusal to accept an appeal is prohibited. If the request was received on a non-working day, then it is registered on the next working day following it.
