The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kanat Sergeevich Musin presented awards and letters of thanks to the employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the department, the best lawyers, notaries, forensic experts, veterans of the justice authorities, as well as honored inventors of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
"The 30th anniversary of the justice bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan is an important milestone in the history of Kazakhstan. These years have successfully solved the most important task of forming and developing national legislation. The work was carried out in close cooperation with the deputy corps, with the coordination of legislative activities and cooperation with other state bodies, including within the framework of the interdepartmental commission on legislative activities," K. Musin said, speaking at the solemn meeting.
According to the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, hundreds of legislative acts have been adopted, including such important fundamental legislative acts as the Civil Code, the Code on Marriage (Matrimony) and Family, the Criminal Code, the Code of Administrative Offenses and others, as well as thousands of subordinate regulatory legal acts, in the adoption of which the judicial authorities were directly involved.
"In total, 38 codes, more than 3 thousand laws and other legislative acts, tens of thousands of subordinate regulatory legal acts were adopted," the head of the department noted.
